About MeLoredo Malcolm started training at the age of nine at Ashe Caribbean Performing Arts in Jamaica. He moved to New York to pursue further training, graduating with his certificate in dance and performing arts. Loredo then understudied the role of Simba in Disney's The Lion King touring Australia, Shanghai, and London's West End. Loredo then performed in Production Company shows such as Mame, Follies and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. He has also appeared in television commercials for Nokia, Colgate, Toyota, Cotton on, Levis, Red Bull, H&R and KFC. In 2009 Loredo made it into the Top 9 dancers on Channel 10 So You Think You Can Dance. He has taught at various dance schools including Patrick Studios Australia, Barbara Lynch, Robert Sturrock’s, The Space Dance, Urban Dance Centre, Step Up Dance, The McDonald College, Brent Street, Village, Dynamite Studios and Sydney Dance Company. |
